Implementasi Metode Achievement Grouping Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Di LKP Ibnu Khaldun Driyorejo Gresik

This article is the result of research that describes the application of the achievement grouping method in learning Arabic at LKP Ibnu Khaldun Driyorejo Gresik. This Arabic language development institution has 60 students with various language skills, so it requires group classification in providing Arabic material so that they focus on and know the development of students' personal abilities. This type of research includes field research with data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative. Based on the research results, the achievement group method is a strategic step in achieving the goals of learning Arabic at LKP Ibnu Khaldun. By dividing several classes, students are more confident studying with friends with the same abilities. Among them there are those who enter the elementary class (beginner), middle class and advanced class. In applying this method, researchers focus more on the basic class. The steps taken start from the initial stage (planning and dividing into groups, delivering material in class and providing motivation), the core stage (preparing Arabic learning material books to be studied, t hen dividing into several groups namely teams A, B, C, and D to learn and memorize together the Arabic vocabulary learned), and the final stage (question and answer and evaluation of learning).

Strategy is a way that is used to apply access from thought ideas that are poured into concrete actions. In this context, strategy is the basic reference for implementing religious culture at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari. Religious culture has a meaning that smells of Islam with its application to produce cognitive and affective learning in schools. Values, meanings, norms in religious culture are the main foundation for determining the right steps to know and understand what is the meaning behind religious culture at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari. The focus of this thesis research is: What is the Strategy for Implementing Religious Culture at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, while the data collection technique used is the method of observation, interviews, documentation. In this study, the researcher used a triangulation data validation test. In this study, the results were found from research using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results of interviews with school principals, deputy principals, and religion teachers at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari show that the strategies for implementing religious culture in students are: 1) through example or giving examples, 2) getting used to good things, 3) upholding discipline, 4) providing motivation and encouragement, 6) through advice (mauidzah), 5) creating a religious atmosphere for students. The strategy used to cultivate religious values at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari is a persuasive strategy which is a way or an attempt to be able to influence the attitudes, opinions and behavior of students both verbally and nonverbally. Persuasive strategies are not coercive, changes in attitude or behavior come from personal encouragement. Thus persuasive strategies create more consistent attitudes and behaviors. directing smoothly will prevent students from feeling afraid and coerced when students do something that is actually an order from the teacher.

At the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Bustanul Faizin, the teaching and learning activities of Al-Qur'an Hadith initially only used classical learning methods with less varied learning media, so that student learning outcomes were still not satisfactory. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) How to plan the implementation of Card sort learning media in improving student learning outcomes in Class VII Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MTs. Bustanul Faizin Blimbing Besuki Situbondo. 2) How is the implementation of Card sort learning media in improving student learning outcomes in the Al-Qur'an Hadith Class VII subject at MTs. Bustanul Faizin Blimbing Besuki Situbondo. 3) How to evaluate the implementation of Card sort learning media in improving student learning outcomes in Class VII Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at MTs. Bustanul Faizin Blimbing Besuki Situbondo. This research is a qualitative research type of case study using observation, documentation and interview methods in the process of collecting data. Data analysis is an interactive analysis consisting of data reduction, data display, data verification and finally drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1. The planning uses the ASSURE model with stages, analyzing students, setting goals, selecting methods and materials, utilizing media and materials, student participation, evaluation and revision. 2. Implementation with several activities, initial activities, core activities, and final activities. 3. The evaluation uses Authentic Assessment with the type of attitude assessment and written test assessment.

This study aims to describe the formation of student character through online learning during a pandemic. With this research, researchers are trying to uncover the character formation of Madrasah Aliyah As-Sa'adah Lampah students through online learning during a pandemic with a focus on the problem, namely how is the online learning process at Madrasah Aliyah As-Sa'adah Lampah during a pandemic?, and how is the formation of it? student character through online learning at madrasah aliyah as-sa'adah?. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The research informants were six informants consisting of school principals, vice curricula, homeroom teachers and subject teachers. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using miles and Huberman analysis. Test the validity of the data by triangulation, negative case analysis, and using reference materials. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's role in realizing independent learning is: online learning is carried out online by planning and implementing, the planning is making material and evaluation questions, while the implementation is distributing material and assignments to the Whatsapp Group and Google Classroom. In addition, the teacher also makes lesson plans for online learning, implementation of online learning, student learning outcomes and evaluation of online learning. As for the formation of student character through online learning, namely: the teacher fosters the character of discipline with online attendance, the teacher fosters the character of responsibility by giving assignments to students, the teacher strengthens religious character by memorizing Yasin letters and inviting students to pray before learning begins, the teacher fosters creative character by giving students' creative tasks in making tablecloths, during a pandemic students study at home without anyone helping indirectly to develop independent character.

Education is the process of changing attitudes and behavior of a person or group of people in an effort to mature human beings through teaching and training efforts. Learning mathematics at this time due to covid-19, learning is very inefficient and cannot meet face-to-face between teachers, students and friends. Therefore, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, students are asked to study at home using e-learning that utilizes social media. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the research subject of the principal, the head of the curriculum, class teachers and fourth grade students. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model with data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research regarding the implementation of e-learning mathematics for class IV MI-Azhar students are the implementation of learning that is carried out without direct face-to-face between teachers and students as well as accessing the internet network and using social media to exchange information and interactions. Among them is by using the WhatsApp application, Google Meet and YouTube.

The context of this research is an effort to increase teacher competence through the learning process because of the intense competition between schools to get students and the community, which incidentally prefers institutions that can help students to be able to go straight into the world of work. The purpose of the research is to describe how the school principal's management improves teacher competency through the learning process at Integral Islamic Elementary School Lukman AL-Hakim Situbondo. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this qualitative research has four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and suggestions. Whereas in looking for the validity or validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study are (1) The management carried out by the principal in improving teacher competence is as follows: (a) Include teachers in training, training and seminars (b) Prioritize discipline. (c) Teacher motivation (d) Supervision conducted every semester. Education is an effort to elevate dignity in order to improve the quality of human life. This study aims to determine the strategy of the madrasah head in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Miftahus Salam Islamic Elementary School in the village of Kwatu, and the Madrasah Principal in optimizing online learning at the Miftahus Salam Islamic Madrasah in the village of Kwatu. This type of research is qualitative, so that the research is systematic and more directed, it is designed through five stages, namely: the identification of research problems, the preparation of research proposals, the stage of collecting research data, the stage of analyzing research data, and the stage of compiling a research report. With a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation and data validation techniques. Character education is a mandate of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. Various efforts to change and support government policies in the field of education continue to be made to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, especially in instilling character education. The implementation of instilling character education in Indonesia must start from early childhood education. The focus of this research is: (1) How is the management of character education, which includes planning, implementation, and supervision carried out in the Syarif Hidayatullah Dharma Wanita Kindergarten institution? (2) What kind of attitude competencies are obtained through the management of character education conducted by Syarif Hidayatullah Dharma Wanita Kindergarten? This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) documentation. The form of data is words, notes, reports and documents obtained from caregivers, principals, vice principals, teachers and students. Data analysis techniques are carried out by: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While checking the validity of the data is carried out by extending the time and persistence of observations, triangulation techniques and peer discussions, and using references. From this study, it was found that: (1) Character education management, which includes a. planning with a well-designed semester program and annual program, b. implementation by carrying out daily programs and thematic programs, and c. the evaluations carried out are class assessments and program assessments; (2) Attitude competence obtained through the management of character education conducted by Dharma Wanita Syarif Hidayatullah Kindergarten is a focus on social and spiritual attitudes. From this research a thesis can be raised in relation to character education management that: character education management can improve attitude competence in Dharma Wanita Kindergarten Syarif Hidayatullah.
