In addition to the method aspect, the textbook media for learning Arabic seems to focus on books or worksheets which only display material and lists of mufradat by requiring students to memorize them in their own way. From here, researchers are trying to develop Arabic interactive multimedia teaching materials with nazam mufradat equipped with meaning in the form of symbols or pictures so that students understand, memorize and apply the subject matter more quickly. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to develop multi-media-based teaching materials in memorizing mufradat for MI Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan students, how is the effectiveness of interactive multi-media as teaching materials in mufradat memorization for MI Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan students. This type of research is research and development. There are several results of the development of interactive multimedia-based Arabic teaching materials in learning Arabic in class V MI in accordance with the material from the LKS book and the achievements of learning Arabic with the theme material fi al-madrasah, fi al-maqha, fi al-maqha. From the results of the research, starting from the process, implementation of trials, and reflection on learning media for students of class V MI Kesamben, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia as teaching materials for learning Arabic for students of class V MI has qualified for the qualification test and meets the criteria validation of learning media by a team of experts. From the existing questionnaire data, it can be concluded that this Arabic language learning media is effectively implemented because it occupies very good qualifications. This study uses a qualitative approach. The stages of qualitative research must think scientifically. a researcher begins to think inductively meaning to capture social phenomena by direct observation in the field, then analyze, after that find a theory based on what has been observed. This research uses descriptive research. Descriptive research is intended to describe situations or events that occur in the field. The source of data in this qualitative research is descriptive or words, actions, the rest is additional data in the form of documentation. As for the results of implementing child-friendly education in fostering the character of caring for the environment for class II students at MI Darul Huda Jemirahan Jabon Sidoarjo, it went well. Students feel happy and comfortable during the learning process, students are also invited to every activity at school. The environmental care character program was created through a school policy, school program, learning methods and curriculum that supports and plays an active role in fostering environmental care characters. This student self-development program includes routine activities in class and outside the classroom. Teacher assistance is also very important to realize that the program can be properly implemented by all school members. The results of child-friendly education in cultivating the character of caring for the environment for class II students at MI Darul Huda Jemirahan Jabon Sidoarjo make classrooms comfortable, clean and beautiful. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a correlation approach. The population in this study was the entire class V of MI Miftahul Ulum, totaling 40 students. Data collection used was in the form of documentation and questionnnaire interviews. The data collection technique used is the product moment correlation technique. The results of the research show that the influence of the social environment on the formation of students' morals is achieved by achieving a correlation value (r) of 0.582 which is in the strong category. For the normality test, data was obtained showing that the social environment was 0.403 and the formation of morals was 0.312. Kulonprogo can be improved through academic supervision activities. This research uses a model developed by Kemis and Taggart. Each action or cycle always consists of four activities: 1) action plan, 2) implementation of action, 3) observation or research, and 4) reflection. From this research activity it is known that there has been an increase in the professional competence of teachers at MI Ma'arif Jekeling Kab. Kulonprogo in preparing RPPs through academic supervision activities. In cycle I the average score obtained was 57.5% which was considered sufficient. After carrying out activities using an academic supervision approach in cycle II, it turned out that the average score obtained by research subjects increased by 24 scores, so that the average score obtained was 91.0%. From adequate to very good. The conclusion of this research is that the use of academic supervision activities can increase the competency of teachers at MI Ma'arif Jekeling Kab. Is there an influence of teacher professionalism on students' learning achievement in Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 Sidoarjo?</em> <em>The data collection instruments in this research are questionnaires and documentation as primary (main) data collection instruments, observation and interviews as secondary (supporting) data collection instruments. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used in this research is a statistical analysis technique using the product moment formula, which uses quantitative data. The statistical analysis technique used is inferential statistics, namely trying to show or prove whether there are differences or influences on one or several symptoms.</em> <em>The results show that: Teacher professionalism in Islamic religious education learning was obtained at 36.5 rounded up to 36 in the good category, at the interval 33-39 from the mean it can be concluded that the teacher professionalism variable is good. Student learning achievement in learning Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 obtained a mean of 3.66 in category (A-), students obtained a mean of 3.29 in category (B) and students obtained a mean of 3.94 in category (A), There was quite an influence strong from variable X (teacher professionalism) to variable Y (student Islamic religious education learning achievement). This is proven by the rxy obtained is 0.7974 while the respective rt is 5% is 0.213 and 1% is 0.278. Thus it turns out that rxy is greater than rt, because rxy is greater than rt, then Ha is accepted, while Ho is rejected.</em> <em>Based on the results of the research above, it shows that there is an influence of teacher professionalism on students' Islamic religious education learning achievement at SMP Negeri 1 Sidoarjo in the strong category. From this it can be concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted or proven.This research is motivated by the quality of human resources for education personnel who are still unreliable.
