This Arabic language development institution has 60 students with various language skills, so it requires group classification in providing Arabic material so that they focus on and know the development of students' personal abilities. This type of research includes field research with data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative. Based on the research results, the achievement group method is a strategic step in achieving the goals of learning Arabic at LKP Ibnu Khaldun. By dividing several classes, students are more confident studying with friends with the same abilities. Among them there are those who enter the elementary class (beginner), middle class and advanced class. In applying this method, researchers focus more on the basic class. In this context, strategy is the basic reference for implementing religious culture at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari. Religious culture has a meaning that smells of Islam with its application to produce cognitive and affective learning in schools. Values, meanings, norms in religious culture are the main foundation for determining the right steps to know and understand what is the meaning behind religious culture at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari. The focus of this thesis research is: What is the Strategy for Implementing Religious Culture at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, while the data collection technique used is the method of observation, interviews, documentation. In this study, the researcher used a triangulation data validation test. In this study, the results were found from research using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results of interviews with school principals, deputy principals, and religion teachers at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari show that the strategies for implementing religious culture in students are: 1) through example or giving examples, 2) getting used to good things, 3) upholding discipline, 4) providing motivation and encouragement, 6) through advice (mauidzah), 5) creating a religious atmosphere for students. The strategy used to cultivate religious values at MTs Ma'arif NU Randegansari is a persuasive strategy which is a way or an attempt to be able to influence the attitudes, opinions and behavior of students both verbally and nonverbally. Persuasive strategies are not coercive, changes in attitude or behavior come from personal encouragement. With this research, researchers are trying to uncover the character formation of Madrasah Aliyah As-Sa'adah Lampah students through online learning during a pandemic with a focus on the problem, namely how is the online learning process at Madrasah Aliyah As-Sa'adah Lampah during a pandemic?, and how is the formation of it? student character through online learning at madrasah aliyah as-sa'adah?. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The research informants were six informants consisting of school principals, vice curricula, homeroom teachers and subject teachers. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using miles and Huberman analysis. Test the validity of the data by triangulation, negative case analysis, and using reference materials. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's role in realizing independent learning is: online learning is carried out online by planning and implementing, the planning is making material and evaluation questions, while the implementation is distributing material and assignments to the Whatsapp Group and Google Classroom. In addition, the teacher also makes lesson plans for online learning, implementation of online learning, student learning outcomes and evaluation of online learning. The focus of this research is: (1) How is the management of character education, which includes planning, implementation, and supervision carried out in the Syarif Hidayatullah Dharma Wanita Kindergarten institution? (2) What kind of attitude competencies are obtained through the management of character education conducted by Syarif Hidayatullah Dharma Wanita Kindergarten? This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by (1) interviews, (2) observation, and (3) documentation. The form of data is words, notes, reports and documents obtained from caregivers, principals, vice principals, teachers and students. Data analysis techniques are carried out by: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While checking the validity of the data is carried out by extending the time and persistence of observations, triangulation techniques and peer discussions, and using references. From this study, it was found that: (1) Character education management, which includes a. planning with a well-designed semester program and annual program, b. implementation by carrying out daily programs and thematic programs, and c. the evaluations carried out are class assessments and program assessments; (2) Attitude competence obtained through the management of character education conducted by Dharma Wanita Syarif Hidayatullah Kindergarten is a focus on social and spiritual attitudes.
