This research is basically to describe the tasawuf in the book al-Hikam, the style of tasawuf in the book, and its implications for the formation of morals at the Mambaus Sholihin Islamic Boarding School. With this research, it is hoped that it will increase broader knowledge and scientific insights about Sufism in the book al-Hikam by Ibn Athaillah as Sakandari and can help efforts to practice the style of Sufism contained in the book al-Hikam by Ibn Athaillah as Sakandari as well as a reference in the formation one's morals. In this book, there is the concept of Sufism which helps a servant to draw closer to Allah. Sufism which has various developments from time to time is divided into two kinds: a. Sunni Sufism b. Philosophical Sufism. Kitab al-Hika contains several teachings of Sufism: a. Sunni Sufism which is divided into two, 1. Sufism akhlaqi, tasawuf prioritizes the formation of good morals with several stages: Takhalli, the process of self-cleaning from reprehensible traits, Takhalli, the process of decorating oneself with good morals, Tajalli, a position that is obtained after going through two The above stage is the absence of a hijab that covers the relationship between a servant and his God. b. Tasawuf amali is the process of increasing charity with various processes (maqamat) so that it leads to the intended states (ahwal). c. Philosophical Sufism is Sufism whose teachings combine mystical visions and rational visions. The results of the study show that in the book of al-Hikam, there are several teachings of Sufism, but the most dominant is Sunni Sufism, namely Sufism Akhlaki. So that this book can be a reference for managing one's morals to have good morals

Financing management is the management of financing functions. The financing function is the main activity that must be carried out by people who are responsible for certain fields. Financing management also means the process of carrying out activities to regulate financing by mobilizing the power of other people. The quality of education is the quality or measure of good or bad in the process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group of people in an effort to mature humans to get closer to God through teaching and training guidance efforts. The formulation of the problem in this study is, 1) How is the planning for improving the quality of education with financing management at MTs Al-Hikmah Plandaan Jombang? 2) How is the implementation of quality improvement with financing management at MTs Al-Hikmah Plandaan Jombang? 3) How is the supervision of improving the quality of education with financing management at MTs Al-Hikmah Plandaan Jombang? While the purpose of this study is to analyze the planning, implementation and supervision of improving the quality of education with financing management at MTs Al-Hikmah Plandaan Jombang. The type of research used is field research which is descriptive qualitative. Then for the approach using naturalistic qualitative research. The results of this study are, 1) The planning carried out by MTs Al-Hikmah Plandaan Jombang is very appropriate because MTs al-Hikmah always involves all parties involved in planning for improving the quality of education by taking a different approach to achieve the school's vision and mission, 2 ) The implementation of improving the quality of education at MTs al-Hikmah Plandaan Jombang is expressed in concrete actions to achieve success and educational progress in Madrasas. Steps taken by MTs al-Hikmah Plandaan Jombang are to work together with all madrasa residents to improve madrasa performance by managing funds honestly, responsibly and transparently, 3) Monitoring activities at MTs Al Hikmah are appropriate, because the assessment is carried out by internal and external parties. External is a modification of the progress of the institution.

Learning Arabic at this time still has not led to an innovative new method because of the limited creativity of educators in overcoming problems that hinder the achievement of learning objectives. In addition, many students find it difficult to learn Arabic because the majority of educators apply boring traditional methods. In addition to the method aspect, the textbook media for learning Arabic seems to focus on books or worksheets which only display material and lists of mufradat by requiring students to memorize them in their own way. From here, researchers are trying to develop Arabic interactive multimedia teaching materials with nazam mufradat equipped with meaning in the form of symbols or pictures so that students understand, memorize and apply the subject matter more quickly. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to develop multi-media-based teaching materials in memorizing mufradat for MI Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan students, how is the effectiveness of interactive multi-media as teaching materials in mufradat memorization for MI Miftahul Ulum Kesamben Wetan students. This type of research is research and development. There are several results of the development of interactive multimedia-based Arabic teaching materials in learning Arabic in class V MI in accordance with the material from the LKS book and the achievements of learning Arabic with the theme material fi al-madrasah, fi al-maqha, fi al-maqha. From the results of the research, starting from the process, implementation of trials, and reflection on learning media for students of class V MI Kesamben, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia as teaching materials for learning Arabic for students of class V MI has qualified for the qualification test and meets the criteria validation of learning media by a team of experts. From the existing questionnaire data, it can be concluded that this Arabic language learning media is effectively implemented because it occupies very good qualifications. This becomes valid and feasible as an alternative learning media, especially mastery of Arabic vocabulary (mufradat).

Environmental problems cannot be separated from human behavior. Humans only use the environment for personal gain without paying attention to its sustainability. Fading concern for the environment can lead to various environmental problems that have an impact on human life. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of child-friendly education in developing the character of class II students at MI Darul Huda Jemirahan Jabon Sidoarjo. as well as to describe the results of child-friendly education in fostering the character of caring for the environment for class II students at MI Darul Huda Jemirahan Jabon Sidoarjo. This study uses a qualitative approach. The stages of qualitative research must think scientifically. a researcher begins to think inductively meaning to capture social phenomena by direct observation in the field, then analyze, after that find a theory based on what has been observed. This research uses descriptive research. Descriptive research is intended to describe situations or events that occur in the field. The source of data in this qualitative research is descriptive or words, actions, the rest is additional data in the form of documentation. As for the results of implementing child-friendly education in fostering the character of caring for the environment for class II students at MI Darul Huda Jemirahan Jabon Sidoarjo, it went well. Students feel happy and comfortable during the learning process, students are also invited to every activity at school. The environmental care character program was created through a school policy, school program, learning methods and curriculum that supports and plays an active role in fostering environmental care characters. This student self-development program includes routine activities in class and outside the classroom. Teacher assistance is also very important to realize that the program can be properly implemented by all school members. The results of child-friendly education in cultivating the character of caring for the environment for class II students at MI Darul Huda Jemirahan Jabon Sidoarjo make classrooms comfortable, clean and beautiful. Students are used to carrying out class pickets, throwing garbage in the trash, washing hands before and after eating, caring for plants, and keeping the surrounding environment clean.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Sosial Terhadap Pembentukan Akhlak Siswa Kelas V MI Miftahul Ulum Sooko Kecamatan Wringinanom Kabupaten Gresik

This research aims to determine the influence of the social environment on the formation of morals of class V students at MI Miftahul Ulum Sooko Wringinanom Gresik. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a correlation approach. The population in this study was the entire class V of MI Miftahul Ulum, totaling 40 students. Data collection used was in the form of documentation and questionnnaire interviews. The data collection technique used is the product moment correlation technique. The results of the research show that the influence of the social environment on the formation of students' morals is achieved by achieving a correlation value (r) of 0.582 which is in the strong category. For the normality test, data was obtained showing that the social environment was 0.403 and the formation of morals was 0.312. Because these two variables are greater than 0.05, there is a significant influence between the social environment on the moral formation of class V students at MI Miftahul Ulum Sooko Wringinanom Gresik.

Arabic language learning is carried out over two semesters, namely odd semester and even semester, which is divided into five study classes adjusted to the student's language competency classification. All Arabic lecturers have formulated different learning strategies, by adapting the characteristics and competencies of their students in each class. At the end of the semester, to measure the results of Arabic language learning that has been carried out, a final semester exam is carried out using the term UAS.In the process of learning Arabic using the book Al - Arabiyyah li al - Talabah 1 for odd semesters and volume 2 for even semesters, both lecturers and students will definitely find factors that support and hinder the teaching and learning process. Based on the research results, supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the book Al - Arabiyyah li al - Talabah volume 1 for odd semesters and volume 2 for even semesters were concluded in three categories, namely Lecturer Factors, Student Factors and Facilities and Infrastructure Factors.

Improving Teachers' Capability In Making RPP Through Academic Supervision of Workshop Groups In MI Ma'arif Jekeling Kulonprogo District 2023

This School Action Research (PTS) aims to find out whether the competence of teachers at MI Ma'arif Jekeling Kab. Kulonprogo can be improved through academic supervision activities. This research uses a model developed by Kemis and Taggart. Each action or cycle always consists of four activities: 1) action plan, 2) implementation of action, 3) observation or research, and 4) reflection. From this research activity it is known that there has been an increase in the professional competence of teachers at MI Ma'arif Jekeling Kab. Kulonprogo in preparing RPPs through academic supervision activities. In cycle I the average score obtained was 57.5% which was considered sufficient. After carrying out activities using an academic supervision approach in cycle II, it turned out that the average score obtained by research subjects increased by 24 scores, so that the average score obtained was 91.0%. From adequate to very good. The conclusion of this research is that the use of academic supervision activities can increase the competency of teachers at MI Ma'arif Jekeling Kab. Kulonprogo in preparing the RPP.

Efforts to improve the discipline of PJOK teachers can be carried out by school/madrasah principals through coaching activities, as well as providing Rewords and Panishments which may be given to the PJOK Teachers. Based on the background above, the researcher formulated the following problem: Can the application of Reword and Punishment improve the discipline of PJOK teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Khoiriyah? How can the steps for implementing reward and punishment improve the discipline of PJOK teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Khoiriyah? Action research is carried out in 2 cycles so that the research process is easier and the results are valid. This research also uses the spiral model from Kemmis and Taggart which was developed by Sptephen Kemmis and Robin Mc Taggart which consists of 2 cycles and each cycle has steps starting with planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the research focus, it shows that the implementation of Reword is a high commitment to discipline according to plan. Meanwhile, implementing punishment for teachers can result in low commitment in discipline according to the plan of PJOK Teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Khoiriyah,

The problem in this research is, what is the professionalism of teachers in learning Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 Sidoarjo? What is the student's learning achievement in learning Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 Sidoarjo? Is there an influence of teacher professionalism on students' learning achievement in Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 Sidoarjo? The data collection instruments in this research are questionnaires and documentation as primary (main) data collection instruments, observation and interviews as secondary (supporting) data collection instruments. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used in this research is a statistical analysis technique using the product moment formula, which uses quantitative data. The statistical analysis technique used is inferential statistics, namely trying to show or prove whether there are differences or influences on one or several symptoms. The results show that: Teacher professionalism in Islamic religious education learning was obtained at 36.5 rounded up to 36 in the good category, at the interval 33-39 from the mean it can be concluded that the teacher professionalism variable is good. Student learning achievement in learning Islamic religious education at SMP Negeri 1 obtained a mean of 3.66 in category (A-), students obtained a mean of 3.29 in category (B) and students obtained a mean of 3.94 in category (A), There was quite an influence strong from variable X (teacher professionalism) to variable Y (student Islamic religious education learning achievement). This is proven by the rxy obtained is 0.7974 while the respective rt is 5% is 0.213 and 1% is 0.278. Thus it turns out that rxy is greater than rt, because rxy is greater than rt, then Ha is accepted, while Ho is rejected. Based on the results of the research above, it shows that there is an influence of teacher professionalism on students' Islamic religious education learning achievement at SMP Negeri 1 Sidoarjo in the strong category. From this it can be concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted or proven.This research is motivated by the quality of human resources for education personnel who are still unreliable. So that the duties of personnel and administration, both those relating to educators, students, parents of students, sympathizers, and even administrative requests from the Office Branch are often neglected and unresolved. This is because the education staff appointed are still inexperienced, their educational qualifications are not linear, some are still in college, some also have teaching hours, sometimes they still get other assignments from the Foundation, the salary is relatively low, the number of assignments for education personnel and the lack of assistance. from the Principal.. The results of the research show that the management of the principal in improving the quality of human resources for education personnel at the Islamic Vocational School of Darus Salam Sumenep, namely by conducting IHT (In House Training), assisting and directing education personnel, then delegating education personnel to attend special training for educational staff so that human resources qualified and able to carry out all the duties and responsibilities of education personnel with professionalism and quality. And the obstacles faced by the principal in improving the quality of human resources for education personnel at the Islamic Vocational School of Darus Salam Sumenep, namely: 1). The intervention of the chairman of the Foundation in the recruitment of education personnel, 2). The recruited education personnel prioritize alumni who graduate from S1 but their educational qualifications are not linear, 3). The recruited education staff have no experience at all in terms of the duties of educational staff, 4). The low honorarium given to education staff, 5). The recruited education personnel cannot be used as permanent education personnel (permanent employees) who are included in the Dapodik and A GTK East Java.
