About the Journal

Al-Ahkamuna is a journal published by Ar-Rosyid College Surabaya which was created to provide an active contribution to the development of science in the field of research through the publication of scientific papers in the field of sharia and law.

Al-Ahkamuna is a journal that focuses on current issues in the fields of Islamic Law, Islamic Family Law, Islamic Criminal Law and Islamic Judicial Law, Islamic Inheritance Law, and Islamic Waqf Law studied from various perspectives, namely normative, sociological, historical, philosophical. This journal is expected to provide readers with a better understanding of the focus that includes literature studies and field studies through the publication of original research articles.
