Author Free Charge

JIBCS [charges/does not charge] an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted for publication. [If applicable: The APC is used to support the editorial management, peer-review administration, website maintenance, digital publication, archiving, and other operational costs associated with journal publication.]

Authors will be informed transparently about any applicable publication fees before the final publication process. The editorial decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is based solely on its academic quality, relevance, originality, and compliance with the journal's standards, and is not influenced by the author's ability to pay publication fees.
