Author Free Charge

The journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy to support the operational costs associated with manuscript processing and publication. Any applicable publication fee is communicated transparently to authors during the submission and publication process.

The APC, where applicable, may support editorial management, peer-review administration, website and journal platform maintenance, copyediting, typesetting, digital publication, and long-term preservation of published articles. Authors will not be charged for submitting a manuscript unless otherwise clearly stated in the journal's official policy.
