Journal of Community Service (JoCS) maintains a transparent policy regarding article processing and publication charges. Any fees associated with the publication process are determined by the journal's official policies and are communicated clearly to authors.

The article processing charge, where applicable, supports the administrative and operational activities required for manuscript processing, editorial management, peer review, online publication, digital preservation, and dissemination of published articles.

Authors are advised to carefully review the current article processing charge policy before submitting their manuscripts. The payment of a publication fee, if applicable, does not guarantee acceptance of a manuscript. All manuscripts are evaluated based on their academic quality, relevance, originality, compliance with the journal's requirements, and the results of the peer review process.
