Plagiarism Policy
Journal of Community Service (JoCS) is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring that all published articles are original scholarly works. Therefore, manuscripts submitted to the journal may undergo plagiarism and similarity checking as part of the editorial screening process.
The plagiarism check is conducted to identify potential instances of plagiarism, excessive similarity, duplicate publication, self-plagiarism, or inappropriate reuse of previously published material. Authors are fully responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts contain properly acknowledged sources and that all ideas, quotations, data, and materials derived from other works are appropriately cited.
If a manuscript is found to contain significant plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct, the editorial team may request clarification or revision, return the manuscript to the authors, or reject the submission depending on the severity of the violation.
The journal expects all authors to uphold the highest standards of academic honesty and originality throughout the submission and publication process.
