The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since the beginning of 2020 has had a significant impact on the order of social life and caused a decline in economic performance in most countries in the world, including Indonesia. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the sustainability of economic life in this country, especially for the lower middle class. With the STAI AL-AZHAR Real Work Lecture (KKN) program, the goal is to empower community entrepreneurs who are affected by Covid 19. This program provides training on how to create fruit peel waste so that it has a high selling value. The result obtained after the STAI AL-AZHAR KKN is to innovate fruit peel waste into eco enzyme
