Author Free Charge

JIESR applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) policy in accordance with the journal's publication and operational requirements. Any applicable publication fee is intended to support the administrative and technical processes involved in publishing scholarly articles, including manuscript processing, editorial management, peer-review administration, online publication, website maintenance, and long-term accessibility of published content.

The applicable APC, if any, will be communicated transparently to authors through the journal's official publication information. Authors are not required to make any payment during the initial submission stage unless otherwise explicitly stated by the journal.

The editorial decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based on academic considerations, including originality, quality, relevance, methodological rigor, and contribution to the field. Payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance or influence the outcome of the peer-review process.
